Every frame we make is guaranteed for five years.
Five-year frame warranty
Covers structural failure of frames, joints and legs under normal household use.
Two-year warranty
Covers drawers, runners, hinges, upholstery seams and lighting components.
What is not covered
Normal wear, fading from direct sunlight, damage from misuse, moving or incorrect cleaning, and natural variations in wood.
Making a claim
Email us your order number and photographs. We aim to respond within two working days and repair on-site where possible.
