Returns & refunds
Live with it for thirty days. If it does not suit the room, send it back.
30-day returns
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Contact us with your order number and we will arrange collection.
Collection fee
Returns are collected by our team. A collection fee equal to the original delivery fee applies unless the item is faulty.
Final-sale items
Made-to-order finishes, custom fabrics and sizes cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of collection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or InstaPay.
Damaged items
Photograph any damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost.
